We are in the process of building a new home and needed a space with climate control to protect our home belongings. When I called I was told that the manager of the location where I wanted to rent a space would be calling me. Within minutes I had a call from the manager at the Powell location. Reta is the most professional person I have worked with in my entire life. She was so on her game that it was amazing to watch her work. There was not one detail that she did not cover. When she asked if I had any questions, I did not have one. She was so thorough and helpful and pleasant. We were in our new space in no time and everything went off without a hitch. Reta made the whole process so easy and quick. The space is perfect! We could not be more satisfied with this company! I highly recommend renting a storage unit from them.
