Very smooth application and check-in. Everything was great. Only thing was that we had to pay $8.00 for a lock we will can never use unless we need storage again which is unlikely.

The manager was very helpful and let me move my stuff in while he took the paperwork and made copies, etc. He came back with paperwork for me to sign and with a receipt for my payment. I didn't have to go into the office at all.
