Not thrilled

I purchased a 5 x 10 storage unit online for a monthly rate of 45/month. They gave me a 3.5 x 10 storage unit which was not sufficient for what I needed. So I went to the front desk and the guy tried to correct it. The first time he transferred me to a unit that was correct and we verified the size. I had my team start filling it. Then we went to sign the paperwork and it wouldnât allow him to assign the unit to me. This took almost 30 minutes btw. So he assigned the one across the hall. Thinking it was the same size , I accepted it and when I went to look at it it was 10 x 4 not 10. X 5. So ridiculous. Now I have two units on my account that apparently I am paying for because he didnât take the other one off!!! I tried calling twice but no answer and this is not ok. I didnât have a choice but to take the smaller unit because I was out of time for my movers to complete the job. I am not happy about paying for insurance which I didnât want and the same rate for a smaller storage unit.
