Very flexible and helpful

We needed a small short-term rental and changed our start date three times. They were cordial and helpful with every change! The loan of a truck was super helpful, too, even though our load was small. It saved us multiple trips with our very small car.

Bit of a Nightmare

The staff is incredibly helpful, but so far I’ve had terrible luck with this place! The free use of the moving truck was super nice, except that it broke down on my way back to the storage facility. Then, when the tow truck got it back to the facility, we had to move AN ENTIRE TRUCK full of my stuff from the entrance clear back to my unit (including a giant sofa), in the glaring hot sun. Then, the lock that I was given broke, and I had to leave the unit with my key in it so they could replace it. I was supposed to hear back when they fixed it, but after two weeks I have yet to hear a thing. Definitely having a heck of a time with this place! Not worth it for saving a few bucks.
