I'm giving 5 stars because you are getting what you pay for. Great prices compared to other RV storage locations, but it's just a parking lot and the spots are tight. I had an almost 39 foot 5th wheel, spaces full all around me, and I definitely needed a second pair of eyes and some super skills to back my trailer back into is spot. Using their online registration was awful, had to do it over the phone and that was a process.

7/8/2025 I rated StorQuest three stars May 2024. This is a result of a poorly communicated, monthly rate increase (from $105 to $132) after they purchased the facility from a local business. This month the rate increased to $151. Something to keep in mind should you choose to use this facility.... On a positive note, the new site contact person, Cameron, is incredible helpful, personable and generally pleasant to work with. I hope some money from our increase in fees make it into his pay checks. He deserves it!

Great customer service. Both professional and friendly. The location was great and easy to access to get my trailer in and out of. Would recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for a storage facility.

If you want to feel screwed, this is the business for you. Been renting at StorQuest Wilsonville for about 4 months. The cost started at reasonable and there was a deal on the first month. The spots themselves are conveniently located near I-5, but horrible. Our trailer had maybe 6” of wiggle room on either side. So once it was parked, there was no getting in or out. I reached my breaking point when I got the mail the other day and was informed that our rental rate was increasing 24% to $179. I immediately found another lot to park in and cancelled our contract. Silly me though…should have waited until the end of the month because as a “company policy” they don’t pro-rate the month when you move out.
