Never shop for U-Haul moving supplies at this establishment, they only accept U-HAUL returns

Stopped into this business to purchase moving supplies via U-HAUL web site. The U-Haul web site recommends this establishment for U-Haul moving supplies. Will never go there again, the girl at the front desk didn't know what packing peanuts were and after she found them (right in back of her) didn't know how to ring it up. She called another assistant and I explained to her about the moving supplies, she started yelling at me, Like it's my fault that they didn't have a clue what was going on.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. We are a U-Haul truck rental location that is not owned by U-Haul. We do not sell U-Haul packing supplies and because of you bring this error to our attention we have contacted U-Haul and ask them to remove us from that list. I am sorry staff did not understand what you were inquiring about and as I review our video tape I did see that you were frustrated. I did not hear or see anything that showed our staff yelling at you. I do want you to thank your wife for apologizing for you yelling at our staff. I do know that moving is a stressful time and I again want to apologize for experience with us.
