there hours of operation is the worse in the US

literally, after 6 pm you cant use the storage. 0nly thru business hours. the corporation doesn't care about customer friendliness. The corporation ignores your input. The lady worker on frankford ave is very friendly and customer service friendly. knowlegdable. I didn't pay full attention about the hours of operation because I assumed they were like every other storage place as far as hours is concern. Fooled me when I got off of work and loaded a full van, got there at 6:30pm and they were entirely closed..People get off of work late, what can they do with these type of hours of operation. No corporate phone call, been a week. would not refer them to no one.

We understand that the hours are not going to work for everyone. We are one of the cheapest in the area and have great security. Due to the size of the facility, we are not able to keep it staffed for longer hours. We do not want to leave the indoor site unattended and risk the security so therefor the hours are limited. I will also call you today about this, we were unaware you were trying to reach someone other than the site manager.
