Self Storage Slum

I had to move out of this place when they kept raising the rent but not making any improvements. There are large puddles blocking access to units. The puddles are replaced by mud when the water dries. The gate has been broken for years. This is not a secure facility.

The gate has been offline since we purchased this last year but our property improvements team is working diligently to add a new gate system to get this working as soon as possible! Security is one of our top priorities and our facility is equipped with 24/7 surveillance ! Relieved!

Called, reserved and got my space. All in a matter of minutes. Suggestion: Provide markers for space when storing a vehicle. We had to call the office again because where they were saying to place my vehicle wasn't making any sense on their map. We finally figured it out.

They have no clue how much this has helped me and my husband. Amazing! You were available AND CHEAP and no required card at the time ! Saved our night!
