The manager Casey, was great she was very helpful, she had the correct answer to every question I had even the couple of curve balls I threw her just to see if she was on her toes. She was!! Very professional, and took her the so I didn't feel rushed at the she was juggling additional customers not as I first walked in and while we were finishing up. I could see by the looks on their faces they too were both pleased with her as well as not feeling like they were having to wait too long. I would say Casey definitely a asset to the company and is a good representative would good public relations skills

The staff was cheerful, courteous, competent, and most important, very kind. All my questions were fully answered. The facility is very clean, neat, and orderly. Very professional which to me is most refreshing as others don’t even make eye contact with clients.

We’ve used other storage facilities, and this one is far above the rest. We love how clean it is, how easy to access - loading and unloading, the climate control aspect, and best of all, the price is better than we’ve seen at other places - even those that lack these qualities. Very pleased!
