About Red Dot Storage - Maddox Simpson Parkway

Rentals can be completed on-site using our 24-hour self-service kiosk available in all Red Dot Storage Rental Centers. Customer service is available by phone 7 days a week for assistance.
Facilities are gated and require a gate code for access. Gate codes are provided through the kiosk once the move-in process has been completed.
All units will be marked with a wire green tag. These signify that they have been inspected by our Facility Supervisor and are ready to be rented. Green tags are meant to be broken and must be replaced with your own lock. Locks can be purchased in the Rental Center located by the kiosk.

helpful cust service, clean

Little trouble at first arriving at site, new painting being completed and numbers of units weren't visible. called cust service for help locating unit. Gate code didn't open so they gave me a temporary - will see how it works throughout week. So far so good!

When times are tough, storage is sometimes the only way

Red dot has the best prices in town. When my life is turned upside down and I don't know where to turn storage was my only answer. Take a break, then start over.
