This was my first time renting a storage unit and I couldn't have imagined a better experience! It was super easy to reserve my unit online (the website was easy to navigate and mobile friendly) and when I arrived at the location to check in, the guy working the desk was super nice and helpful. He even helped me get the lock I had just purchased out of the packaging because I didn't have a knife to get it out. I will definitely be recommending this facility to friends and will be using it again for myself in the future.Full Review

I have to say if we had not been driving for over 13 hours and exhausted, I would have pulled out and found a new location. The unit I was given was suppossed to be 10 x 20.even though I ordered a 10 x 15, unit given was 10x 10.There was no one at the facility, for 30 minutes I called the manager on his cell phone, my boyfriend called an 800 number and got a woman who had no idea what she was talking about.All the while it is pouring rain. It was almost an hour before the manager called me back and gave me a different unit with a reduced price to unit I wanted. The place looks like a dump. Facility appeared well maintained and displayed security cameras with live video feed in the lobby area. Reservation and check in process was quick and efficient. Price is comparable to other companies, although, I still feel it's a high fee for just a parking space.Full Review

To rate the support received, letâs start with the fact that I was assigned unit #9 upon renting with original move in date 3/4/19.
I found a lock already on the unit the first time we went to place items in the unit and requested it be removed which the maintenance dept indicated was removed on the 19th. After a second attempt to begin use of the unit, I found the lock still on. I phoned into the office and spoke with Brooke who instructed me to just find a vacant unit and notify her of the number.
After locating a vacant unit, I phoned Brooke as we had difficulty with the access code and couldnât access the lot. At that time, she indicated that she would forward a new contract to me for the unit I located and restart the contract time period since I was not able to use the original unit(#9) during March. I still have not received the new contract.

I needed a budget priced unit and was relieved the nice lady at the desk did not try to bait and switch me for a larger more expensive unit. The unit has a tiny bit of damage to the ceiling but it is easy to get to and convenient.Full Review
