My second unit here!

First, the website is very user friendly. You can do a lot without ever leaving your house! The office staff are very helpful and supportive. On move in day, Karen helped me get paperwork done and it went very quickly and smoothly. She was great. The place is always pretty clean and is very convenient to where I live.

Super smooth Storage rental

I was in need of a short notice and term storage rental. Ann was super helpful and professional, especially since she was unexpectedly busier than normal when I was there.

downsized

moving 3 family members HUGE storage rooms to one tiny little one was seamless. the only thing i would change is that they prorate the final rent. i want to move out but can't by the 1st. the 10th i can but would still pay the full month im lead to believe. but it's a decent facility for Allen tx
