Malfunctioning elevator

The worst experience ever, the elevator and even the side door don’t work, I’ve checked three times and the first two times the door would close but the elevator wouldn’t go anywhere and the third time I checked, which was today, the door wouldn’t even close when the buttons were pushed. I occupy a space in the third floor and I can’t even get to my things because the elevator won’t work, can you imagine the anger I and many others feel having to withdraw or deposit things in their storage just to find out they can’t even get to the third floor? Seriously do something about this stupid issue, we should receive some sort of discount because we are literally paying for a faulty storage and we can’t even access our things!
