Absolutely a horrible company. I've been renting a unit for the past 9 months and they have raised the rent 46% in that time, from $305 to $445. If I were a new customer I would only pay $239 for the same sized unit. So now they will lose someone who was willing to pay $305 and have to rent it for less money to someone else, bad business model. I used to rent at a Public Storage and after 2 years the rent only rose 8%, even though it is not close to me I will be going back to a Public Storage.

So Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never stored anything before and was so stressed out from a last minute move, I rolled into this place rather apprehensively, in 108 degree heat, with 2 days to move everything by myself. Well that lasted 5 min because once Stephen started helping me I was SO RELIEVED to have ONE dialed in, PROFESSIONAL, kind, knowledgeable, EXTREMELY HELPFUL and thoughtful person handling not only giving me all the information I needed but being so terribly sweet and looking around corners, going out of his way to make everything possible easier on me. In fact, the first day I was dumping a load at night STILL IN THAT HEAT around 10pm and for the life of me could NOT get my lock to work-sweating exhausted brain dead etc etc and I had to leave my unit unlocked for the night but I left him a message and the next morning he immediately secured it for meﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ he has a solution to EVERYTHING. This place was about 15 min farther drive than one by my house at a time when I had NO TIME TO WASTE but between the price and Stephen, once I checked it out there was zero contest. Also this place is absolutely SPOTLESS, in a very safe location where I even felt ok to be there at 10pm alone-which I normally wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do. Their gate code system is simple, worked no problem, even for my mechanically challenged self. Even the bathroom was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS!!! Use this place-and ask for Stephen. Heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s an absolute DOLL!
