I myself started out with a smaller unit and then decided I needed to move up to a 10×10 and which they happily made possible. I now have 2 family members that have gotten units there as well and now I'm looking to rent covered parking space as well. Any concerns i had I voiced them to Justin and he fixed/addressed or called in the people to get it done. They are always thriving to make make this place batter and more appealing! I noticed the solar lights lining the driveway, Love it!Full Review

Had to move suddenly and was desperate for storage. I found this website and it had the best deals by far. Within 3 minutes of making online reservation Amanda General Manager called to explain details and set me up. We got to facility 5 minutes before closing on accident and Sandy welcomed me kindly despite the delay. They helped me make sure I got right size even though it was a cheaper deal showing they genuinely care about my needs. Great new facility with very kind people!!!Full Review
I have only one concern, my code did not work on my move in date. I was unable to move in that afternoon, it was after 3 on a Sunday. Please check your code at the time you recieve it. Otherwise, the facility and office personnel are great! I would recommend them any day!Full Review
Caldwell, TX RV Storage Tips

Most Common Types of RV Storage

Covered storage - While it’s usually the more expensive option, covered RV storage is the safest, most secure way to store your camper or trailer. In most cases, covered storage is simply a parking spot with a roof, however some facilities offer an indoor option which is just an over-sized version of a traditional self-storage unit (with drive-up access of course).

Uncovered storage - This storage option is basically an open parking space on the facility’s property, however because of its simplicity it’s also the least expensive option for RV storage. Some facilities do have paved parking areas specifically for motorhomes, but either way your RV will be outdoors and exposed to the elements – we recommend purchasing a cover if you go with this option.

Tips on How to Store a RV/Trailer at a Storage Facility

  • Measure your RV before you rent your unit to make sure you choose the right size
  • Give the camper a good cleaning before placing it in storage
  • Apply a coat of wax
  • Change the motor oil
  • Flush out the waste tanks
  • Purchase fuel stabilizer
  • Inflate the tires
  • Unload everything from your motorhome
  • Make sure the slide-outs are retracted
  • Once in storage, disconnect the battery
  • Make sure light can get into the motorhome
  • If possible, leave the vents open
