Comments like this is hard to respond to because we've not had a tenant with your name that has had an unit here that's been broken into or sold. So I'll try to respond as best as I can with the information you have given. First off we have never rented a storage unit to someone named Sonya W. Couldn't even find that name attached to anyone else's unit either. Secondly we have NOT had a break-in for over a year and half and lastly when we do finally send a storage unit to be auctioned off its because we have exhausted all other avenues with that tenant. We actually give more chances for a tenant to get caught up than most other places. However if you would like to give me a call or come by the office to discuss this further I would be more than happy to do that with you. I'm sorry you feel that way about Absolute Self Storage.
