Great experience,Ranko was very friendly, I had reserved an upstairs unit, but soon realized that my things wouldn't fit the elevator, so he quickly gave us a ground-floor unit. Easy to work with, great experience

RATS!!!!
Don't give a RATS ASS about your belongings??? Then this place is for you! In absolute disbelief at how this company treated my friend. She paid for storage AND insurance at this facility for almost a year, only to find that all of her belongings were damaged by rats - eating, nesting, and pooping on everything in the unit. The company outright REFUSED to offer any form of reimbursement for the damage or the storage payments she had made in all that time. She gave them ample opportunity to redeem themselves in any fashion, and they came up with nothing. All of her belongings ruined - when she paid for repairs for some, they would not even offer to cover the cost of repairs. She bought insurance through the company as well and they claimed this would not be covered under the insurance either! I feel bad for anyone that purchases the unit after her or for any adjoining units, as it is likely their belongings will be destroyed as well!
