Wonderful staff, stress-free booking!

The staff at the Public Storage location was so wonderful and helped me with everything I needed in a timely fashion. Also, the confirmations for my load-in date were very helpful.

Great Experience, Wonderful Team, Site Could Be Better

Managers and team members on-site were great even through technical difficulties at their office. The location is nice and easy to navigate, however there are no security cameras at all. I expected more cameras in the buildings especially with limited lighting and hours after dark. To me the entry codes aren't enough to feel safe being in the building alone.
