10 days in. Now told have to move to diff. Building bcuz of renovation.

So so Dissapointed. Wish we would have been told of this renovation when I was renting this unit in the main building. We rented this storage unit because it was in the main building. Then, I get an email about 10 days into rental saying we have to move all our stuff out of storage into another/separate building. I called today and talked with a guy who told me I would have to re-sign a new contract and have to pay another administrative fee. I was shocked because in the email it said there would be no additional fee. Besides this, We are so disappointed because not only do we need to move but we have to move to another building.. this is not what we signed up for. We are senior retired. This is not good business practice. We feel scammed. We will be cancelling our storage if we cannot come to a satisfactory solution. So so upset about this and highly stressed. This is not good.
