Directions:

Come visit us in Forney across from The First National Bank and next door to the Steve Silver Furniture Company 1/2 mile behind Wal-mart.

North (Rockwall):Take FM 205 to FM 548. Take Right on FM 548. 10 miles down on Left. Next to Steve Silver Co.

East (Terrell):Take Hwy 80 East to Forney, exit on FM 548 and take a Right. Pass Wal-Mart and the movie theater. The facilty will be on the right side next to Steve Silver Co.

South (Kaufman):Take Hwy 20. Exit on 1641 and take a Right. This becomes FM 548 after the rail road tracks.
Upon passing under Hwy 80, pass Wal-Mart and theater and the facilty is on the right next to Steve Silver Co.

West (Dallas):Take Hwy 80 West towards Mesquite. Exit on FM 548 and take a Left. Go under Hwy 80. Continue straight past Wal-Mart and theater and the facilty will be on your right next to Steve Silver.

They were helpful and polite

The staff was very helpful, they saved us a lot of money and were very polite. We were in a time crunch and we needed a facility quickly, they provided us with more than one unit, side by side, and even gave us tips to make the move easier. The pricing was fair and the discounts were helpful. During a difficult time to move (COVID-19) they made it a breeze.

They did a lot of bait & switch on pricing

Was told if rented two units side by side they would price as one unit and then discount that price. They charged me double admin fees, double insurance fees, refused to give the advertised military discount due to there advertised special of 1st 3 months rent 1/2 off. Gals advertising. Not very helpful, not very honest, but polite and clean.
