This is a storage facility.

It's ok as far as facilities go. It's no more or less than what I expected. Although, technically speaking, this is a huge scam. You're renting space...defined as nothing...and paying money for it. But that's true of all rentals (office, retail, etc). I wish I had thought of taking a 10'x30' block of air and telling someone they had to pay me $200 a month to use it. All kidding aside, this is a great facility. The only issue I have with it is that the rolling doors are a little low. A tall refrigerator on a dolly may not be able to fit unless it is leaned way back.
