Horrible customer service

I have 3 units here for almost 2 years already and 1 of them has a roof leaks. I have ask them please fix the roof leaks on my unit for at least over 5 to 6 times already and still nothing have been done. This place only care to collect rent and do nothing for their customers. Horrible customer service. Their 4 Star rating is not true in my view because I am a long time good customer to them and they do not value me for being with them for awhile now and choose to not fix a small round hole on the roof. It is such a simple thing to do and the right thing to do and they do nothing.

I Love this storage center and if I have to use a storage this would be my spot...The service was good and the employees were helpful.. I would recommend this location to anybody ! They're fast and reasonable... Thanks cubesmart for your help!!!
