Life Storage - Houston - Westpark Drive

I got up early to load the moving vehicle so I could move in as early as possible because it is July and very hot, even in the morning. I had an appointment scheduled to do the paperwork, but the guy was more than 15 minutes late arriving and opening the office. I called the corporate office; they made several phone calls and could not get a hold of anyone. I was standing in the sun sweating for 20 minutes because he was late to work. My time is valuable and limited! Then he informs me that he can not offer the advertised discount because they were close to being full. There's a big black oil spot in my unit, too.
