I had an amazing experience at Public Storage thanks to Angie, the property manager! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Moving and finding storage can be stressful, but Angie made the whole process smooth and easy. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got the unit that worked best for me. What really stood out was her positive attitude and great customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and keeping the property running well. The facility was clean, organized, and felt very secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. If you’re looking for storage and want someone who truly goes above and beyond, ask for Angie. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m really grateful for her help. Highly recommend this location!

Unit was broken into and lock was replaced by property yet i was never notified of unit being broken into. Poor management, never available during "business hours". Not to mention i had recently removed the insurance, coincidence i think not. Entire property is trashed and doors are remained open for anyone to enter property. Do yourself a favor if you value your belongings.

Kailey is the best! I had a snafu with my initial order, and when I came in today, Kailey looked into it, cleared it up for me, and took the time to explain what happened and what my options were. She also helped make sure I was getting the best possible deal that would suit my needs. As a first-time renter, it's reassuring to know that there's someone at the front desk who's looking out for me and willing to take the time to answer all my (many) questions. I had looked into multiple storage places around town but this one has by far the best customer service! Thank you Kailey!

I don't know to begin but I'll summarize my experience short and simple. I had an issue trying to help out 2 people by getting them a unit to save their belongings. Explained details in full and on multiple instances. They chose to come to the property 5 min before closing and were locked out- all their belongings were left out and in the walkways. Next day I am informed my unit is considered abandoned and I owe 125. But the kindness and help of miss Kailey and miss Angie not only gave me extra time to get things out. But they are going to remove the 125 i completely understand and acknowledge rules were broken. The positive attitude and compassion I've received from these 2 ladies is a true definition of exceptional customer service and they need to be recognized and rewarded for their dedication and hard work for their employer but also a customer like myself.

You don’t want to rent here believe me RUN It’s the worst ever rude staff the elevators is always broken they only know how to charge you extra for hidden fees, they never pick up the phone you won’t be able to access your storage because the system is always broken not one or twice no the whole last month and this month two and every time you ask they lie saying it’s just broke right now like we signed up yesterday Run believe me it’s disappointing no service at all , they will scam you to rent one of the ground floor storage that cost 500-600$ don’t fall for that just find somewhere else
