Wonderful Service, Clean.

I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone. I've had to use them twice this year, two different locations. Both place's the service was very Friendly, Grounds were kept clean, I felt my stuff was safe. I liked that both locations the manager lives on site.

Was able to get a unit when the office was closed. Having a last minute option was a god send and the gate access ability on the app is just so smart and convenient. Can’t believe more businesses arnt doing that as well. I gave a 4 rating though because in the welcome email it said there was elevator access for the second floor but once there, there was no elevator on the property at all. I called the office the next day to confirm and was told “no. They don’t have an elevator at this location” ooook…. Great.

Mistake with Customer and The Property Manager Rory he helped me resolve the issue and was very thorough. He got me to find a more convincing space at another location. This was an easy and smooth fix!

I’ve been coming to this location for the past two days, and not once have I seen anyone here. I honestly believe all the positive reviews are completely fake. Every time I call, I make an appointment and when I arrive to meet the Property Manager, they are never there at the scheduled time. This is the second time this has happened. We try to call again, and of course, no answer. Absolutely unprofessional, dishonest, and pathetic business. Total waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

I stopped coming to this location to pay while storing here because of Shay.If I could give zero stars she would have received it. She never wants to help, she refuses to provide me with a receipt for my records. This is the worst service ever.

This is a ripoff. I've rented space here for 12 years and my rent is 4 times what they are charging new customers. Also it is dirty, roach and rat infested. I am moving out!
