Renter beware

Would leave zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! The gates have been broken cause of "software issues" over two months now so they have to close the access doors when the offices closes supposedly...bull! The hours online say 9pm on Google, the website says access hours are till 6pm EVERYDAY!!! And the sign on the door says gate closes everyday at 6pm. Customer service hung up on us three times. It's Sunday and we got here before 530, drove over an hour to get tools for a job my husband has, now we have no work and are close to being homeless and even the manager, who we just happened to run into as she was leaving, says tough come back tomorrow at 9am....she doesn't want anyone on the property when she isn't there and said she is closed Sunday...even though customer service stated they are open Sunday. I mean it's bad enough the units have no cameras working, all the units need a serious overhaul including the climate controlled where there were 5 buckets filled with water from a leaking ac system to their lazy worthless customer service at the units and on the phone. We just lost a $30,000 contract because they are greedy and uncaring. I will prolly just sleep in the parking lot since we have no where else to go now...
