The front desk lady Laryssa gave me an outstanding customer service. She was very helpful and nice. She explained the whole renting process in deep details and she was very energetic. I decided to lease with her after doing window shopping and saw 3 different storage companies. I definitely enjoyed her customer service. :)

the company is great.. but...

country club dr. location in Irving TX is trying to charge me 205.00 for 1 day of storage when I have paid multiple thousands of dollars to this location since 2013(and this is not the only issue with the location, I had water damage and termites/maggots (i didnt examine them) in the bottom of some boxes) and have been a loyal public storage customer across the country with my business.

Awesome!

Amazing experience! I would defiantly recommend to friends and family. I reserved my unto online and rent in store the next day it was fast and the customer service was amazing!
