Easy move-in

The move-in process was easy. The only issue was my code wasn't working. I called the office and the rep came out to fix it, while I was given a temp code to access my unit. The code was fixed and the rep introduced himself and was very nice.

Clinton was very helpful. Very polite. Big spacious unit. Easy access. Great price. Put all my house in one unit.

Not secure, poor service...

The website claims 24-hour security with cameras... until your unit is broken into. Then they have no video and are no help. I knew from day one when my unit wasn't ready, I should go elsewhere, but I was stuck. Do not make the same mistake I did, keep away from this unit, or you'll lose all your valuables.
