Was told I would get a 10% discount because they kicked out half the people from another site they own and was told they would have a unit available with a week to go before I needed to be out of the other unit I called to see what was going on and was told oh sorry we donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any units available. A few days before I was to be out of the other I called and magically they hand a unit available. I was told Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be put first on a waiting list for a bigger unit well itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been several months Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve seen several people get bigger units then when one I know was available I was told it was under investigation but when it clears Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be able to get it so a few weeks go by and I ask about it and get told sorry that unit is available for rent then a week or two later someone is moving into said unit when I ask about it I get told yeah that is the owners friend they got the unit instead. Like wtf Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been waiting months for a bigger unit only to get pushed to the side everytime one becomes available. Sorry my money isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t good enough for a bigger unit but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m never late on my rent and I was charged for my unit before I was even able to move into it in the first place. Poor communication one person doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what they other person tells people. Have a restroom but tells everyone they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t operate a business to the public and not have a restroom. You can clearly see the septic tank lids right on the side of the building. Lots of lies and miscommunication with this facility only reason Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still here is because Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m to busy running my business to have time to hunt down another unit somewhere else

I rented at the particular facility because I felt it was secure They have let me down

I have had my storage unit since October. First, I wasn't told or given the month discount they advertised, wasn't even told about the special rate or anything. I didn't care because I just needed a place to store things. In January, I had to cancel my debit card. I forget this was the card on file (totally my fault). I canceled the card on Sunday and the next day, instead of calling me, they called my mother in another state, told her I didn't give them my phone number (I did, I checked the form) and how I charged something but my card failed giving my mother the impression that I skipped out on paying this and she felt like they were a debt collector. When I called them, I left an upset message on their machine. I stated I was upset, I didn't swear or yell. I get a callback and the person cuts me off as I was starting to speak, gets pissy at me because I flat out told her if she didn't cut me off she would have heard the rest of my sentence saying Lone Star Storage. She proceeds to say I left a rude message and hung up on me. I am not staying there. I will move my stuff out after I pay for whatever days I owe.
