It was dissapointing

I reserved a unit at Advanced Security Self Storage in Murray since they had a really good deal. I went there on the day I was planning to move in, but they said I cannot move in since the person who was going to move out decided to keep the unit. There was one week since I reserve the unit until the day I went there, and they just told me that on my face on that day. It was very rude. Also, they tried to lied to me.. They said they tried to call me but my voice message did not let them leave a message. But I don't believe what they've told me because my voice message is working totally fine. Also, shortly after I made the reservation, they actually called me and left a message to confirm the reservation. I have their number too, and If they tried to call me, I would have known. I just cannot recommend anyone to have business with dishonest people like them. I was very disappointed.
