Alpine Storage - SALT LAKE CITY - 750 N WARM SPRINGS RD

You should never make decisions according to others reviews or opinion. Storage is not one of my favorite places, but I've had them everywhere I've lived. They all have their good and bad points, none are perfect, but Alpine comes the closest of all. First, their office staff and security are on site, very pleasant and professional. Clean and on top of snow removal. Solid block walls with heavy roll-ups. The whole facility is well lit with cameras everywhere. They have power all over the facility if you need to plug in something and they don't whine about it when you do. They have the tallest storages I have ever seen with sturdy non leaking roofs. I had issues that were my fault but the district manager made himself available on the weekend and helped me work it out. They live up to their word. Storage is not usually a happy thing, but they make it as comfortable as it can be. They are very understanding and allow exceptions accordingly. People have businesses there, band practice,and I have never known anybody that's been ripped off there. I can't say that about any of the other storages I've ever had.

I asked to move in early and for a bigger unit last minute. This was effortlessly arranged and staff was very helpful.

First timer Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever rented a unit. They made filling out the paper quick and easy. I have already referred one of my daughters to them.
