Great facility

This is a great value for a climate controlled very clean unit The company handling this was not at all helpful. No instructions. I had to bungle my way around to find the stirs etc. also the paperwork did not show the due date for future payments I HATE that I have to call or go personally to the office to pay each month. Why is there no online portal?

I think this will be a great place to keep my belongings.

Since my unit is upstairs I have to use the elevator to take my stuff up and down well I got the first load up and then the elevator wouldn’t work on the coming down park so I couldn’t bring all my stuff up the first day I hope it’s fixed when I get there. I wished I would have known beforehand what kind of lock to use on the storage since many facilities use different locks.
