I went to rent a storage unit today and had a wonderful experience working with Henry. He was super professional, responsive, and transparent about the unit conditions. He was very patient with my requests to check out and switch units and made the whole process so fast and easy. I was in and out with a unit within half an hour. Henry was also very warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The facility itself is in great condition and feels very reliable. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff giving me a full rundown of how things work. The pricing is decent after taking the promotion (for me, complementary mover, as well a free lock, etc...). Facility is very clean and access time is very good even though this is not a 24/7 facility. Definitely a good option to consider.
