Everything went smoothly, everything was ready for us, staff so helpful, and place was clean. She even helped us out when we stupidly drove around trying to find our unit. lol

Raina made me feel at home. Everything went perfectly.

Raina was awesome,in every single way you'd expect a manager to be. She was polite, friendly, informative, kind and had a sense of humor that made me feel like, "this is the place". The grounds were cleaner than I've ever seen them. She was very communicative, which helped in planning everything. For what it's worth, if you ever get rid of this woman then you're at an extreme loss. She is an excellent example of how business is done and customers are kept!
