Great customer service!! Chandra was my main contact with Babes guiding, as Chandra is new to the company. They were both very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. We managed to go through the sign up process rather quickly and efficiently! The main office, hallways and grounds were clean and clutter free. Thank you both for your help in getting me set up with my storage unit!

Excellent customer service! I'm currently moving from Spokane to Seattle so I'm in between apartments. Ive never had a storage unit so I thought I'd give this place a try. Glad I did! I was running late due to road construction and other problems on my way from Spokane and Judy went above and beyond for me. She was patient and was thorough with everything even though we were limited on time. Definitely recommend! Great first experience!
