Great job we were able to secure a unit ...

Great job we were able to secure a unit while we were in California giving us the security that we knew we had a place to put our belongings from the rental truck when we arrived in WA The manager (resident) was quite helpful and efficient in signing us up and getting us into our unit he understood we were tired and had been on a long trip so he made it as simple as possible, thank you!

Adequate non-heated storage

I was disappointed that the storage unit wasn't heated. This was never disclosed over the phone. I'm still forming an opinion on the storage's insurance requirement.
