Average experience

Basic facilities, not meticulously clean or refurbished. Knowledge of promotions average... promotions themselves are not exceptional and are misleading as to availability.

TOVA ROCKS!

I haven't had the need for a storage unit for about 20 years now so was very apprehensive about renting one for my entire house. I booked online and then met Tova when I arrived to finish the paperwork. Tova's positive attitude and reassuring manner put my mind at ease immediately in regards to storage units. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about security, theft history, etc. She also knows her renters as she waved and called them by name as they passed to and from the facility. PS is lucky to have such a GREAT employee in Tova. Thanks for the opportunity to provide some props for your employees. Best regards, Rob raymond
