The young man that assisted me was...

The young man that assisted me was extremely helpful and patient. The storage facility was clean and well lighted. However, I felt like there were a lot of hidden fees that cropped up while I was signing up for a unit. These included an administrative fee, as well as the requirement to sign up for insurance. These fees were not shown on the website (that I could find) and ups the price of the unit that is not apparent at first.
