This is my second time renting a unit here at the Spokane Valley Storage Mart and I literally have nothing but good experiences to report. They are new buildings with very large lanes in between them. The facility is well lit and very secure, judging by the front fenceline and industrial strength gate! The people in the office have been very courteous and friendly. They don't try to hide any added fees and have always been professional and personable in my experience. Grea⁰t place to rent from and excellent prices!

This storage mart is the top of my list for choosing which storage place to go to. The unit was clean, nice, and most of all, the girl who helped me, Brenda. Top notch service. I've only been renting a unit for a short time but the customer service has been exceptional. Friendly, helpful and observant! I accidentally left an air compressor outside of the unit and an employee stored it until I returned days later. The entire lot is clean, units are clean and well maintained. I can't think of a single thing to complain about.

Great employees deserve recognition. I have had my unit for about 4 months. Anytime I have a question Brenda is always very helpful. She is always friendly and courteous. Great employees are hard to find she's a keeper!!
