On November 14, 2025, I had a very unpleasant experience with this storage facility. At 5:00 PM, I was unable to enter the property because my gate access code suddenly stopped working. Just two hours earlier I had entered without any issues — the code worked and I had full access to my storage unit. But later the gate simply stopped letting me in. I tried calling customer support, but no one answered the phone. There were also no staff members on-site who could help or explain what was happening. I still have no idea why the gate was locked or why my code stopped working. Because of this, I couldn’t pick up my merchandise and deliver it to my client, and I lost $500. This is absolutely unacceptable. The level of service and customer care is extremely poor. I do not recommend this storage facility to anyone who expects stable and reliable access to their property.

Rats and mold. Need I say more? Apparently because I need at least 85 characters for the review. But STEER CLEAR. They also will waaay overcharge you the longer you stay. Started at $90 for a 5x10 and by the time I left 2yrs later, it was almost $200. $200 for damp rodent storage…

This is the first time I have ever gotten a storage unit. Beth was really helpful throughout the whole process. She even loaned me a Dolly to use on site when I forgot mine. That really saved me a lot of headache... And backaches.
