I spent a lot of time searching for storage solution before I found this place. Pros: The facility is very clean and the location is ideal for my needs. They also offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs. The price, though not the cheapest, was lower than most,( before the added cost of mandatory insurance provided by them). They do have access hours that are an hour later than most,(10pm). Cons: Access hours- like most facilities, they don't offer 24 hour access, which is preferred by most people. Some of us work later shifts. Mandatory insurance from them, no electrical outlets(which most places don't provide), low lighting, & big hole at the end of my row, which sucks because you can't avoid it. Overall, comparing to other facilities, I'd give it a 4+ or 5Full Review

Hi, my wife rented out a storage facility under my name, and aside from your pricing, all other amenities provided have been spot on. The cleanliness of the property, unit and office arr wonderful and the staff is quick to help and lend a hand to whatever you need them for. The hours are the best! My wife gets off work extremely late but just enough to where we have time to get into the facility, get belongings out of storage, and proceed on returning home for the night to settle into our new place. The rows that allow vehicle access are large and accommodating for traffic in 2 directions so there has never been much of any concern of anyone hitting my vehicle when I'm loading up. Aside from that the property is nice looking, well kept trees and other pieces of landscape. I wasn't there for the signing of paperwork, but my wife was able to get everything done rather fast, so I take it paperwork wasn't a problem at any point. Overall 4.5/5, you've helped my wife and I tremendously in our move Veradale Self Storage! Thank You!Full Review

Stan the manager was extremely helpful getting a much needed large space for me for my motor home. He called me the instant one was available. Paperwork took about 10 minutes. Facility is clean, clean, clean. No garbage or refuse anywhere, just clean pavement and asphalt. Better layout than others I have rented in for maneuvering my big unit in. Lots of back and forth on other storage places. This is a locked facility with very ample hours to get in and out with your code. Gotta repeat, the manager goes out of his way to help and is very sociable and friendly.Full Review

Stan was very helpful. Originally I selected a 10 x 15 indoor climate control unit. I realized it would be too small, we switched to a 10 x 20, which is much better! Stan and Janice from you 57th location, were both very helpful in making the change. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs storage. It's been a rough 4-5 months for everyone,and I found myself in situation which has prevented me from returning to my primary residence in BC due to border closure! So,after couch surfing 4 1/2 months out in VT with family, I finally returned to Spokane to sell my small place here and will be moving to my daughter's place in the hopefully near future. I needed a storage place quickly for some furniture & I'm TRYING to keep things simple for now. I found this place on line and the rest just fell into place. Reservation was easy. I called and then drove out there for the paperwork. Christa was the employee who took care of me and she not only make the process easy but she was just truly delightful to work with ! The unit I rented is clean and had no musty odors and the whole site seems very safe and clean. Thank you for making at least one thing in this crazy situation at a difficult time, a "breeze" for me. I would definitely recommend your facility!Full Review

Happy we chose this place to store my daughters stuff during the COVID-19 lockout of the students. Clean facility. With only one employee working, it took a little longer to get signed in and paperwork completed due to busy time. Had to buy their special lock which was an unexpected expense and at full retail price.Full Review
