It was easy to access after getting my conformation thru the email. All I did was looked for the unit and placed my things in there. Wish there was some wheels to help move stuff or else it’d be easier but other than that easy peasy.

I like the deal I got-- better than in-person (I checked). I also liked that I could look at all my options within a 10 mile range and choose the best value and best option for what I needed.

What a wonderful experience I had with the person who answered the phone. I had just been through a very traumatic experience and he went above and beyond to be compassionate and understanding. He also provided excellent support in choosing the best storage facility for my needs and answering my questions.
