Customer service was excellent. The store manager, April Driscoll, was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone while I was setting up a unit from New York. Coordinating storage for our family’s belongings after my mother passed was emotional and stressful, but she made the process smooth and reassuring. April’s compassion, patience, and professionalism truly meant a lot during a difficult time. I’m very grateful for the support and would highly recommend this location.

Who ever the “manager” is currently was very rude when I came to move my things out a day after new years after already waiting over 24 hours for the business to reopen after paying my bill to get my things.. they had a lock on it and no way for me to get in until today. Apple Maps and google show this business as open and the person behind the desk also has the doors open. I understand business meetings. But understand if you’re unwilling to help a customer.. your doors should not be opened. She flipped her wrist and put a hand in my face and said she’s in a meeting and “can’t help me”.. which is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me One don’t open the doors if you can’t help someone. Two don’t be as rude as putting your hand in peoples faces especially when you’re managing anything you’re representing them and this was very very poor representation. I was told to wait till AFTER the meeting was over 30 minutes later after rushing to be here when all my maps said they were “OPEN”
I have been VERY impressed with every person Ive spoken to with your company as it relates to taking care of my storage requirements. Your people are personable, knowledgeable, and very eager to take care of every one of my questions and interests in general with your storage facility. Thank you!!
