I have been buried in boxes since May 2022. I used to be able to unpack in a week. That’s not true anymore. So I released self judgment and got a storage space so that I can have room to breathe. I was really surprised that right after reserving my space with the call center (who was super helpful) the manager of the facility called me. She is so kind. I was happy to meet her when I brought in my first load. I already love this place. It’s climate controlled and pest free so I don’t have to worry about my belongings. I made a good decision.

I fell on hard times and there was no understanding ...... im from out of state and there was no assistance with anything.... I had items in that storage no one can replace and when I spoke to someone on the phone whom shall remain nameless cause she is all up and down this time line .... the words I keep hearing her say "this is the best I can do" ...... dont fall on hard times and think they will give you understanding ... your things are sold ! Ill never store items there oranywhere else for that matter .
