After I made a reservation at the...

After I made a reservation at the McDowell/Scottsdale location I received a phone call from Jim who helped me when I arrived at the location. He was great in showing me the unit and since it didn't work for me Jim kindly transferred my reservation to the storage location in Tempe on McKillips road. When I arrived at the different location, John was great in showing me the unit and getting me all squared away with the paperwork. I will definitely tell anybody who needs storage to use Public Storage.

I visited this store yesterday. I was looking for a large unit to store household items while my home is being remodeled this fall. I was greeted with a wonderful smile of one of your employees Michelle. She was very informative and understanding of my fears of storing my precious things. She completely sweet my mind at ease. And even got excited for my future changes. I will definitely be using them. Thank you Michelle.
