Man I really wish I knew the name of the Lady I spoke to because she was nothing short of amazing. She was kind,listen to my needs, and then some and she was a very easy person to do business with. This company is very blessed to have her with them. This place is easy to access, everything is digital which makes it very nice not having to worry about losing your key. So far I have not found anything negative to say. Very nice kept up grounds and I feel safe leaving my personal belongings.

I like to focus on the positive aspects of encounters, I choose to say nothing at all if it I experience otherwise. However, when it's been 4+ times in a row of being severely inconvenienced and no one can seem to figure it out, there's a major disconnect in desperate need of addressing! Two weeks ago I rented a storage unit last minute because of the convenient location and the amazing sign-on special. My house is going on the market for sale and my agent told me without notice that I have to remove every single personal effect off site. I have driven many times with a car full of belongings to unload and not been able to gain entry into the buidlinr during operatinghours. Each time it says, "Access Denied"! Embarrassing and extremely inconvenient to say the least. I work late hours and it's difficult for me to get to the office onsite in person during open hours, but I can still make it during open facility hours. I have talked with countless phone Representatives and I'm given a different pass code each time. Why can't anyone seem to figure this out? This is 2025, not 1993! I have worked with systems in the past that read and write tag fobs, it's child's play! How can pressing a few keystrokes be so challenging? Decades ago, I recall seeing an episode of the Simpsons and Homer's The Drinking Bird bobbing up and down could do it! The worst portion of this whole scenario is I'm not a complainer, no one like a complainer! This is extremely embarrassing and humiliating. Neverheless, I'm livid to be party to this undesirable scenario, unwillingly to say the least! Zero stars isn't a thing, so consider this one-star review a freebie!

I loved this place, very simple and easy to use the app. I only needed a unit for 1-2 weeks and in that time I cleared out the unit, I’m now finding mouse/rat droppings in some of the open containers we had in storage. Pretty upset/disgusted rodents were in my stuff, Not sure if it’s because of the rain that had happened during that time or what but I guess make sure you have sealed stuff so rodents don’t get in your stuff.
