Jon was very helpful and understanding in assisting me with my move into the storage unit. The staff at this location has excellent customer service skills and works to resolve customer's needs in a timely and satisfactory manner.

I have been a customer of this location for almost 6 years and was looking to down size my unit. I spoke to Jon on numerous occasions about my needs. When a unit came about that fit my needs, Jon was not only helpful, but understanding while I transitioned to the new unit.
