Store Here Arovista Self Storage offers a wide range of units with 7 day a week facility access. Our units are accessible via electronic gate access and are protected by our 24 hour monitoring and digital surveillance system. Steep rate increases

I have been a client here since 2002. In 2008 we acquired a second unit. Always took advantage of their pay a year in advance and get one month free. Rate increases were "reasonable" (0-$10) UNTIL the current owners purchased the property!! Between 2013-2014 our unit went up $20/mo (8.03%) and we have just been notified it is now going up again $30/mo (11.15%). They have the ability to raise your rate 2x/year. The on-site management has no negotiating power and have found Corporate to be unresponsive. They seem more focused on incentives for "new clients" than keeping loyal, pay-in-advance or who pay on-time.

Dear T & J Christensen, Thank you for our input. We do have a month to month contract which does allow for us to adjust monthly, but we usually only adjust our current tenants rates annually. We do offer a 1 year prepayment discount and with that our rates are guaranteed for that years' time. You also get the 13th month free with that plan. Our managers and our corporate office are always here to discuss your individual needs. Our ownership has not changed, what has changed is the market in which we operate.
