One bathroom has limited access in the office, which could potentially be closed and at a distance from storage unit. Very displeased that bathrooms are not always available for renters. From the initial call/reservation to leaving the premises after unloading into the storage unit, the entire experience was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name whom helped me set up the reservation - he was helpful, thorough, and speedy! When I arrived at the facility, lovely Corrine showed me to a unit deep in the recesses of the third floor. It wasn't ideal, but it was going to have to do. She proceeded to make my day 100x better by switching me to a drive-up unit right near the exit gate. Not only was it more easily accessible, but it was larger. Score! She was professional and knowledgeable, but very personable. Overall, my experience was positive and I have 0 complaints.

My only comment about the indoor facility is that it's very easy to get lost. They could put signs listing unit numbers with arrows like they do at hotels.

Few days ago, i went to get some things from the storage, when i park at the loading zone, were some trash on the floor, i move it, ( the trash ) to the side, and i did my things, when i left, i was on the way home, i receive a call from storage office, lady was kind agressive and rude saying that i left trash on the loading zone, i ask her to check security camera again and call me back, she did, and she call me back, saying bla bla bla about rules of the location, she saw on the video that i dindt, and didnt apologize for the way that she talk to me first.

I just rented my space, and haven't had to deal with any problems at the site yet. My rental process was easy and agreeable, the manager was super helpful and kind.
The space was very specific - I wanted a drive-up medium size space with a roll up door- and this was the only place I could find a unit that met my needs.
I only gave 4 stars because their open hours are very short and I'm sure that will be a problem in the future for me. But this is the only negative thing that I can see happening at this time.Full Review
