They lied about the rate

I booked a 7.5 x 10 unit for $169 a month, first full month free in January. March 1st they’re telling me my bill is $249 + insurance. No notice of a rate increase, no mention of it when we signed the contract.

Totally disorganized

Clean but totally disorganized. Information you get depends on who’s working. Got repeated invoices though I had already signed to vacate. They lost my records - or at least one person did. Took over an hour just to hand in my keys due to their disorganization. Super slow elevators. Wouldn’t use again.
